We have used Ipiphany for all of our Patent and Design registrations over the past 14 years. They are very reliable, cost efficient and helpful whenever we have a question. They provide an excellent service for filing and reviewing patent information.

Some of our patents have been licensed internationally and without a professional and well drafted patent we would have had our IP stolen/ripped off by large multinationals on more than one occasion. We have had a lot of large well-funded European based competitors go over our patents looking for holes, as of writing (14 years on from first being published) they have not succeeded. In more than one occasion this has lead to a license or a distribution deal with these same multinationals.

Ipiphany took the time to fully understand and consult with us in detail to make sure the critical elements of the patent wording was as good as we could possible get it. They even came out to see one of our more complicated products working on site to better understand what was required. You won’t get a corporate Patent attorney out of their office to truly get their hands dirty and understand your requirements.

Ipiphany help us to formulate and play out various IP strategies for the different products we have in progress at anyone time. This, in our view, is one of their greatest strengths. They won’t just blindly write a patent for no reason, they will acid test if a patent is the most appropriate IP strategy for the product in question. Sometimes it is not and patents can end up being very expensive so this approach helps us to guide the business model for each product.

With Ipiphany we feel that our IP is in a safe pair of hands, this has been acid tested internationally over and over again.
